A combination of educating our clients about eating a clean diet along with a detailed exercise plan is the PhabFuzion TKO formula to losing that nagging body fat. We have a simple method to aid in monitoring the amount of calories you take in and bring awareness of the potential nutrition needed in your current diet. With this 1, 2 punch combination, there will be no stopping your inner Phab!


PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a personal trainer is an investment in your health and well-being. The work you put in, along with your trainer’s knowledge and motivation, will get you those desired results. A program will be designed to aid in your success as well as motivate you during your health and wellness journey. A fitness assessment and consultation will be conducted during your first session with your trainer. Program sessions are designed for a 30-minute or 55-minute workout. We currently offer the following types of personal training services:

Phab 1-on-1: This program was created for the individual who is looking to get in shape on their own through the guidance of a qualified fitness expert or for the partners who wish to embark on the buddy-system to help hold one another accountable while they jump start the path to a healthier lifestyle with the assistance of a GREAT Phab Trainer!

Small Group Training (Phab&Fit Program): This personal training program is specially formulated for a small group environment.  Phab&Fit consist of a 5-week dedication of giving nothing but 100% in all your workouts, communicating with your trainer and following through with consistency to gain the ultimate results. Our small group will meet during specified times inside the studio, outside in a local park, or at a location convenient for the client (ask about the virtual and/or the 1-on-1 Phab&Fit option). Small Group Training is an exciting, affordable way to reap the benefits of personal training with others who have the same goals in mind.

Phab Virtual Trainer:  This 6-week program is a more convenient and flexible way to get that one-on-one attention needed to help meet your wellness goals. This is a NO EXCUSE option to allow anyone to get started on their fitness journey.  A personalized workout, weekly communication via email/phone, and nutritional guidance is included. The virtual program is based on how independent or virtually hands-on assistance is needed per participant of this service (optional virtual training time schedule is available based on meeting 1-2 times per week).


Weight Management

Meeting with a Weight Management Specialist will help an individual gain the knowledge needed in proper nutrition by identifying potential target stressors and reviewing daily lifestyle activities that will help you connect with your mind, body and soul as a whole.  This initial one-hour session will assist in strategizing a game plan for anyone who wants to lose weight, gain muscle, decrease their body fat, train for a specific sporting event and/or improve their overall health and achieve long-term success.


Phab Transformation Classes


PhabFuzion offers a variety of transformation fitness classes at our locations. We also provide community-based classes for churches, local businesses, residential areas, assistant living (senior facilities), outdoor parks and hospital settings.  Our group exercise classes Include:

Boot Camp X, Self-Defense & Conditioning, Cardio Kickboxing, Tai Chi Wellness, Dance Fuzion, Pilates Fuzion, Zumba Heat, Cardio Walk & Tone, Seated Exercise, Yoga and Run & Sculpt

*All PhabFuzion professionals are certified with a well-known nationally accredited fitness organization (AFAA, ACE, AAAI, IFA or ACSM), and have obtained continuing education in AED, CPR, and First Aid training through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
